A fresh modern Saison with a lemon, orange and tropical fruit aroma and a subtle peppery note. Massively thrist quenching with a dry finish which will leave you wanting more.
The dominant flavours of this beer are derived from yeast selection. Belgian Saison yeasts display fruity esters reminiscent of orange and lemon and also give the beer a slightly peppery flavour and aroma. These flavours are complimented by Motueka hops from New Zealand, we have chosen these as they were original bred from Belgian Saaz hops but display a distinct tropical fruit flavour and aroma.
Food Pairing
Baked camembert with cornichons for dipping, grilled vegetables, or the perfect accompanyment to a beach BBQ.
